The apartment is in one of Birmingham's most desirable residential buildings, situated next to the canal network and the Mailbox. There are a number of bars and restaurants inside the building including a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city.

It is comfortable and convenient for business travellers, couples and anyone wanting a city break. Very peaceful inside, which offers a retreat from the lively ambience of the bars and restaurants along the canal below.

Upon entering apartment there is a large, bright hallway. This leads to the two, beautifully designed bedrooms. The main bedroom is facing an internal courtyard, with views of the iconic Cube building. Being on the 4th floor, means the room benefits from an abundance of natural light. The 2nd bedroom is equally stunning. The living room / kitchen has a great open plan design. The kitchen is fully equipped, and comes with an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
