The Jewellery Quarter is known, for obvious reasons, for its jewellery but the main focal point in St Pauls Church. A glorious church surrounded by luscious grass perfect for those summer picnics or wintery walks. Around the square is a plethora of fine dining options and watering holes, typified by Gordan Ramsey's indian eatery Lasan & Jools Hollands' The Jam House.
That makes apartment perfectly located for those who enjoy their down time and suitably designed. Upon entering the apartment, you will find the bathroom to the right hand side, which comes complete with a bath and shower. The bedroom is located on the left hand side and the living room on the right. The living room benefits from one of the old features of the original building, with large loft style windows.
The living area is a cosy place the holds the fully integrated kitchen along with the dining table and living area. The space uses the light in a clever way and really opens up the whole room.

“Beautiful studio, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. We would certainly recommend and not hesitate to return if we needed to visit Birmingham again. Kash made the process simple and pleasant. He also provided helpful recommendations and had excellent area knowledge..”

“We enjoyed our stay in Luca and Kash's place. It was very cosy, felt like home and also very central. I absolutely love the decor in there, beauts. Thanks for the suggestions on restaurants/bar, they did not disappoint. Would love to stay again.”

“Really loved my stay and the team was very communicative beforehand, answering most emails within an hour. The space is wonderful, absolutely huge for a studio, and very well set out. It was spotlessly clean and there were many homely touches. It was an easy walk to the Bullring. I'd recommend the place in a heartbeat.”
